To have a gym membership that includes kickboxing, yoga, cardio, and group workouts are costly these days — and Lindsey Keller is bringing all of those options to Fallon, but at an attainable rate for more to enjoy.

Keller is launching a grand reopening Saturday of Kaia FIT in Fallon, a fitness franchise flourishing the west coast, offering unlimited memberships starting $99 a month.

Most Kaia FIT gyms cost about $120 a month for an unlimited pass. She said Fallon’s club has been around for about 5 years and purchased space on South Taylor Street to expand.

“The goal is to make it more attainable,” she said. “We have a consistent schedule at the other gyms and we want to apply that to Fallon, especially for the new studio.”

Keller also is the owner of Kaia FIT in Fernley. She said all Kaia members are welcome to hop in between clubs, even if they aren’t living in Fallon.

At Fallon’s club with four coaches, classes range from bar ballet, high intensity interval training (HIIT), TRX basics, yoga, pilates, dancing, kickboxing, Fallon Kaia running group, and more.

The grand opening is free to attend for men and women of the public as Nikki Warren, the founder of Kaia, will be leading a cool down yoga class. Keller said specials also will be offered that morning for the month, such as a boot camp-style six week program.
