Oasis Academy officially headed back to school last week, and on Aug. 31 the two classes of kindergarteners had their helpful “practice day” from 9 a.m.-noon.
The brand-new students came prepared with backpacks, water bottles and a lunch to fuel them as they began to learn the motions and fun of taking care of themselves, education and being a classmate.
The school’s Julie Evans said the grades K-10 back-to-school night for parents Aug. 30 was also a success.
Oasis’ high-school juniors and seniors headed into their Jump Start program Aug. 28.
