The following cases were heard before the Tenth Judicial District Court before Judge Thomas Stockard.
Arianna Catherine Wick pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit a crime under the uniform controlled substances act. Sentencing will be held in November.
Dereck Joe Gonzalez was sentenced to 240 days in jail for abuse, neglect or endangerment of a child not resulting in substantial bodily or mental harm. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation.
Chaton K. Daniels pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and intimidating a public officer without threat or force. Sentencing will take place in three weeks.
Matthew Raymond June pleaded guilty to one count of trafficking in a controlled substance. Sentencing will be held in November. A second charge of trafficking in a controlled substance was continued with the expectation of being dismissed at the sentencing hearing.
Benjamin Franklin Pascoe pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit a crime under the uniform controlled substances act. Sentencing will be held in November.
