Carson High graduate Natalie Anderson and the University of Tampa volleyball team are two matches away from winning the NCAA Division II National Championship.
Tampa (31-4), the No. 1 seed, advanced to the Final Four by sweeping American International 25-12, 25-18, 25-9 in the quarterfinals on Thursday in Pittsburgh. Tampa will play the winner between Wingate and Washburn at 3:30 p.m. Friday. The championship match will be played at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Anderson is a freshman setter for Tampa.
