Family games, bounce houses, a color fun run and a wealth of other free activities are planned at Fallon’s Family Fun Day on Saturday.
Oats Park will be packed with activities from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event, first held in 2007, is staged annually to honor National Recovery Month.
It’s presented by the Churchill Community Coalition, Department of Health and Human Services, New Frontier Treatment Center and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
The event’s mission is to strengthen families and the community and encourage healthy activities.
A 1980s-themed 5K color run will be at 9 a.m. Registration and a warm-up will start at 8 a.m. For race information, go to ChurchillCoalition.com.
Vendor booths, bounce houses, family games, raffles and other activities are planned starting at 10 a.m.
A free barbecue will start at 11 a.m.
