Carlos Villasenor-Maciel was born on November 1st, 1953 in the state of Michoacan, Mexico. He then came from Anaheim, California to live in Carson City, Nevada for 30 years. He went to be with The Lord September 12, 2018 due to congestive heart failure.
He is survived by a large family. Devoted and loving husband to his wife Cindy Star Monterrosa-Villasenor, the two were united for almost 32 years. Loving father to his four children and their families, Yolanda and Mark Valencia, Jessica Villasenor, Jennifer and Mike Gomez, and Carlos Alberto Villasenor. Beloved PapaDad to his 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dearly loved by his brothers and sister and their families, Efren, Fermin, Freddy, Leo, Hope and George. Adored by his mother and step father Maxima & Pete Martinez.
Carlos was a painting contractor and was a proud and patriotic business owner of C & C Painting, LLC, established in 1989 until his retirement 26 years later in 2015.
Carlos enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, sports, playing guitar, singing and his favorite Fosters beer, oil can size. His greatest love was his wife, children and grandchildren and he was proud of them all and their accomplishments. He enjoyed his last days sitting in his paint shop listening to his favorite music and talk shows as well as visiting with his longtime friends, always with a cold Fosters in his hand.
My Charlie, my love, you will always be remembered, loved and cherished by your family and friends until we are united again. Cheers and salud in your honor and loving memory. Buenas noches te de Dios, Querido mio.
Services will be held on Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 from 3 - 7 pm at Fitzhenry’s Funeral Home, 3945 Fairview Dr. in Carson City.
