A kickoff of 7:30 p.m. has been set for the next home game for the Nevada football team, a showdown with rival Fresno State on Oct. 6 at Mackay Stadium. The game will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU.
This will be the 50th all-time meeting between the two schools and the series dates back to 1923. While Fresno State holds a 28-20-1 advantage in the series, Nevada has won two of the last three matchups, including a 27-22 victory in 2016, the last time the teams met at Mackay Stadium.
This week, Nevada (2-2) will be on the road to open Mountain West play as the Pack takes on Air Force at 1 p.m. at Falcon Stadium. The game will be broadcast on ESPNews.
