Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Person not so lucky after refusing to leave

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 1:22 a.m., a 54-year-old was arrested at the Lucky Strike Casino after managers called to report an unwanted subject refusing to leave. Bail was set at $150.

At 2:16 p.m., a 67-year-old retiree was arrested on suspicion of DUI 2nd offense and leaving the scene of an accident after deputies were told he was involved in a roll over accident at Deer Run Road and Brunswick Canyon. The reporting party advised he gave the defendant a ride from the accident scene. He was arrested at his residence. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 10:50 p.m., a 24-year-old woman was arrested after a single car accident on College Parkway. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI 1st alcohol, hit-and-run, obstructing an officer for refusing field sobriety tests and child endangerment because her daughter was in the car. Bail was set at $4,300.

WEDNESDAY

At 12:50 a.m., a 25-year-old was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant after deputies were called to Casino Fandango for a report of a man letting other people use his state ID. Bail was set at $3,000.
