For more than seven years, students at Fritsch Elementary School have been provided opportunities to elaborate and expound upon their artistic abilities. With the assistance of the school’s Parent Teacher Association, the Artist in Residence program has brought in local artists from the community to teach students a variety of art mediums in classes.
