On May 6 at about 12:15 p.m., a suspect entered the Bank of America in Carson City and attempted to cash a fraudulent check. The suspect utilized a false identification card. The suspect fled the scene prior to law enforcement arrival.
The suspect is described as a black male adult, with dark hair and dark eyes. The suspect was wearing sunglasses on his forehead and a short sleeve button up shirt. The suspect had a beard and mustache. The suspect appears to have scarring or pock marks on both cheeks on his face.
