CHS student held after campus threat, Sheriff’s Office says

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

• At 10:40 a.m., an 18-year-old Carson High student was arrested on the school campus after a disturbance in which he threatened the dean of students and several others including deputies. He was arrested on suspicion of creating a disturbance threatening school staff and resisting deputies. Bail was set at $550.
