Louie was born September 3rd, 1948 to DeElda Mae (Jones) and Louis Samuel Houlet and lost his battle with cancer July 2nd, 2020.

He was a helicopter mechanic in Vietnam, an avid fisherman, and hunter.

He was loved,and will be missed by all. Especially his wife Shirley.
