NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned are the duly appointed and
qualified Successor Trustees of THE McELVAIN LIVING TRUST dated November 5, 2007
and that the original Trustor/ Trustee, LAYVERTT McELVAIN, is now deceased. A creditor
having a claim against the trust estate must file their claim with the undersigned at the
address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
