The exchange is open to the public from 9 a.m. to noon at the church located at 411 N. Saliman Road just south of Carson High School.
The Relief Society, the philanthropic and educational women’s organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, has hosted this clothing drive for the previous 14 years. Last year, the exchange was canceled because of the pandemic.
Stake Relief Society President Rebecka Croxall says she is grateful to have the opportunity to provide this service to the community this year.
“We are super excited to hold the clothing drive this year,” Croxall said. “This is a great event for our community. We hope everyone will come out and see what we have to offer.”
Croxall anticipates there will be clothing for all ages and sizes.
Those interested in donating clean, gently-used clothing (no undergarments, please) can drop them off from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.
