Young man makes himself at home in wrong apartment, Carson City Sheriff says

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent unless convicted in court.
WEDNESDAY
• At 12:49 p.m., a 70-year-old transient was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant after deputies were called to Pritchett Eye Care for an unwanted subject. Bail was set at $500.
FRIDAY
• At 9:53 p.m., a 42-year-old was charged with DUI 1st alcohol after deputies responded to an accident at Spooner Junction and I-580. NHP handled the accident. Bail was set at $1,000.
SATURDAY
• At 2:32 a.m., Michael Jacobsen, 35, was arrested on drug charges after a deputy identified him as a subject in a possible drug case. He caught up with the subject outside Camp N Town. A search found a baggie containing meth. Because another person earlier had identified Jacobsen as the person who sold him meth, he was charged with possession and sales. Bail was set at $30,000.
• At 6:47 a.m., a 25-year-old Phoenix man was arrested after deputies were called to an address on Carson Street for a report of a vehicle being burglarized. He was sitting in the driver’s seat apparently asleep when deputies arrived. When the deputy told him to get out of the car, he attempted to close the door. He was charged with tampering with a vehicle and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $1,150.
SUNDAY
• At 7:01 a.m., a 20-year-old was arrested after a resident of an apartment on Saliman reported a young man walked into his apartment and used the restroom. He was sitting there watching TV when deputies arrived. The arrest report says he had been drinking heavily and dispatch said he was on alternative sentencing supervision with a no-alcohol clause. He is also under age — 20 years old. He was charged with the deferred sentencing violation and as a minor consuming. Bail was set at $650.
• At 12:17 p.m., Randy Brown, 39, was charged with felony violation of a court-issued child custody order for refusing to tell the mother of the children where he was and turn the children over to her. Bail was set at $5,000.
• At 2:32 p.m., a 52-year-old woman was arrested after deputies responded to a residence on Koontz Lane for a person having mental issues. She was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant. Bail was set at $3,000.
MONDAY
• At 5:26 a.m., a 45-year-old man was charged with DUI 1st alcohol after a traffic stop on Carson Street for speeding. He was also charged with no motorcycle license, an unregistered motorcycle and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $1,770.
• At 9:21 a.m., a 41-year-old transient was arrested on an outstanding P&P warrant after a traffic stop on William Street for no vehicle registration. He was held without bail.
• At 8:21 p.m., a 60-year-old man was charged with DUI 1st alcohol after a caller told dispatch there was a possibly intoxicated driver in a parking lot on Long Street. While deputies were following the pickup, it veered into traffic, causing a collision. Bail was set at $1,000.
• At 9:19 p.m., Henry Gerling, 54, was arrested on multiple drug charges after a traffic stop on Allouette Way for speeding. The vehicle was searched after a drug dog alerted to it and deputies found a glass pipe and more than 12 grams of meth along with brass knuckles. He was charged with possession of meth, possession for sales and transporting meth, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous weapon, the brass knuckles. Bail was set at $53,500.
