The Nevada baseball team is looking to carry momentum from its opening weekend as it will open Mountain West play against in-state rival UNLV.
A doubleheader Saturday starts at 11:05 a.m. Sunday’s single game also starts at 11:05 a.m.
The Wolf Pack went 3-1 on opening weekend against Cal Poly on the road. The Mustangs grabbed the victory in game one but Nevada won the last three games of the series.
The three wins over opening weekend surpassed the Wolf Pack's win count of two from 2020. They also gave head coach T.J. Bruce 120 victories in his head coaching career.
UNLV did not play on opening weekend after their series against New Mexico State was canceled.
Josh Suchon will have the call in Northern Nevada on CBS Sports Radio 94.1 FM and 1450 AM with a 20-minute pregame show prior to first pitch for all three games. Fans can also tune in to listen to Suchon's broadcast online at TuneIn.com or via the TuneIn app.
Both games on Saturday will be live streamed on the UNLV Athletics YouTube channel, and Sunday's game will be streamed on the MW Network.
