A Lyon County woman reported missing April 26 has been found safe, according to a news release from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Wednesday, LCSO was contacted by the Sacramento Police Department advising that Amber Rupp, who had been missing since April 24, was found alive in Sacramento, according to the release.
Initially, LCSO deputies took a missing person report April 26 for a 38-year-old female identified as Rupp, who has several health problems including developmental disabilities.
She reportedly had left her home April 24 during the evening hours and had not been seen by her caretaker since.
