Carson City’s Brewery Arts Center is continuing its singer-songwriter series, “Musicale@TheMazie,” on Friday.
The performance will be in the concert space blackbox which was previously known as Maizie Harris Jesse Black Box Theater.
The series centers around the artists connecting with the audience in a friendly and up-close setting, according to a news release from the Brewery Arts Center. Artists have the chance to interact and explain their craft to the listeners.
Friday’s concert will take place at 7 p.m. and will feature guitarist and vocalist Lindsey Alexis, and multi-instrumentalist Triple J, also known as Joshua James Jackson.Alexis, from Northern California, is an artist whose style can be described as a lovely rainy day and has a vast story-telling ability within her songs, according to the BAC release. She involves a smooth vocal performance and comforting instrumentals.
