NOTICE OF HEARING ON SALE OF REAL

PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

Petitioner, AUBREY ROWLATT, the duly

appointed Executor of the Estate of KIRBY

NISH, having filed in this Court a Petition

for Approval, Confirmation, and Ratification

of Sale of Real Property containing therein

prayers for an Order Authorizing the following:

1) Authorization to sell the estate’s interest in

that certain parcel of real property located at

701 Tuscarora Way, Carson City, Nevada, and

more particularly described as follows:

Lot 43, of SKY RANCH SUBDIVISION,

UNIT NO.6, according to the Map thereof filed

in the Office of the County Recorder of Carson

City, Nevada on April 23, 1973, in Book 2 of

Maps, page 400, as File No. 19417.

Assessor’s Parcel No. 009-483-10

2) Confirmation of sale of the foregoing

described real property to Leah Turner and

Kent R. Turner, at a sale price of $361,900.00,

in accordance with the parties’ Agreement

on file with the Court. The proposed sale of

real property must be confirmed by this Court

before escrow may close and title may pass

to Buyer. Any persons desiring to bid on the

fee interest of the estate in the property are

notified to appear at the time and place listed

below and bid an amount that exceeds the

stated purchase price of $361,900.00 by at

least $5,000.00 or more pursuant to NRS

148.270. A hearing on the Petition has been

fixed by the Court for November 30, 2021, at

8:30 a.m. in Department II, at the Courthouse

located at 885 East Musser Street, Carson

City, Nevada, and all interested parties are

referred to the Petition for further particulars

and are further notified to appear at the time

and place and show cause if any they have,

why said Petition should not be granted.
