• A 54-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-2nd after a traffic stop. Bail was set at $2,637.
• A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion DUI-1st, and four charges of contempt of court warrants after a traffic stop on North Carson Street. Bail was set at $3,748.
• A 20-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, a gross misdemeanor charge of possession of a dangerous weapon without a permit and petit larceny. Deputies were called to an auto parts store on reports of a man stealing spray paint. Deputies were able to locate the car at a gas station and made contact with the driver. Upon contact deputies observed brass knuckles and two cans of spray paint. Bail was set at $6,626.
Sunday
• A 41-year-old was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance (meth) and a violation of pre-trial conditions. Bail was set at $5,000.
• A 24-year-old transient was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny, probation violation and violation of pre-trial conditions after deputies responded to a call of larceny from a grocery store. Bail was set at $6,352.
• Albert P. Rodriguez, 42, of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender, drunken pedestrian, impeding traffic, disobedience to a traffic control device and a department of alternative sentencing violation. He was arrested after riding a bicycle at night in the middle of the road and almost causing a crash. Upon contact deputies discovered he had been drinking. Bail was set at $8,231.
• Warren D. Chaney of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain a proper sex offender registration. Bail was set at $5,000 on the felony charge.
• A 63-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-2nd after a traffic stop on North Lompa Lane. Bail was set at $2,637.
TUESDAY
• A 53-year-old Carson City man and a 38-year-old Carson City man were arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Carson City deputies responded to a noise complaint reported by a trailer park staff. After deputies made contact with subjects, they found they didn’t own the trailer. Bail was set at $13,637 each.
