Nevada Realtors honored 2021 President Brad Spires as the statewide association’s Realtor of the Year. The annual award was announced at NVR’s Sept. 29 Board of Directors meeting. A longtime agent based in Gardnerville, Spires has been a leader of the association for many years, especially on government affairs issues and with NVR’s political action and legislative committees. Spires, of RE/MAX Realty Affiliates in Gardnerville, has held several elected and appointed leadership positions with state and local associations, including serving as NVR’s president-elect in 2020.
