Nevada health officials say individuals in all 17 of the state’s counties are still required to wear face coverings indoors or in crowded outdoor spaces regardless of vaccination status.
They said two counties — Esmeralda and White Pine — are listed as having low and moderate risk of virus transmission. It they maintain that status for another week, they said the mask mandate will be lifted for vaccinated people there.
A week ago, Lincoln County was listed as at low risk for transmission but as of Monday, the county’s transmission rate was high again.
