Nevada Health Response reported Tuesday, for the second week in a row, all 17 Nevada counties are showing high transmission rates for the coronavirus.
A spokesman said that means masks are required for everyone regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not in public indoor spaces and crowded outdoor settings.
That means in grocery stores, stores, shops, malls and other businesses including restaurants and bars. It includes theaters, galleries and other cultural venues as well as public buildings, gyms and other such facilities.
The guidance applies through Oct. 7.
