Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for two subjects involved in an early morning armed robbery of the Silver Strike Casino located in Silver Springs.
The robbery occurred about 4 a.m. Wednesday. The two subjects left westbound on Highway 50.
They left the casino driving in a white colored GMC-type SUV with a roof rack and tinted windows. The headed westbound on Highway 50. Deputies believe they headed over USA Parkway towards Interstate 80.
One of the subjects was wearing a black hoodie; blue mask; blue pants; and blue latex type gloves. He was carrying a semi-automatic handgun.
The other subject was wearing a black jacket; grey sweatshirt; white N95 type mask; and black Vans type shoes. The men were described as white or possibly Hispanic.
Detectives are currently working on photos and video surveillance.
