NOTICE TO CARSON CITY RESIDENTS:

VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINES

JUNE 14, 2022, PRIMARY ELECTION

Pursuant to NRS 293.560, notice is herby

given, of the following voter registration

deadlines for the June 14, 2022, Primary

Election.

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION

on the Nevada Secretary of State’s

online registration link (www.registertovote.

nv.gov) or by contacting the County Clerk’s

Office at (775) 887-2087 prior to the below

deadlines.

05/17/2022 IN-PERSON AND POSTMARKED

MAIL VOTER REGISTRATION

DEADLINE

05/18 - 05/31/2022 EXTENDED PERIOD TO

REGISTER TO VOTE OR UPDATE YOUR

VOTER REGISTRATION ONLINE (www.

registertovote.nv.gov)

• To register online you must have a Nevada

Driver’s License or Nevada issued Identification

Card or a Social Security Number.

No other forms of registration may be

accepted by the Clerk’s Office during this

time period.

06/01 - 06/14/2022 ADDITIONAL ONLINE

VOTER REGISTRATION

• Individuals registering to vote online or

updating their registration online during this

time period must appear at the polling location

during Early Voting or on Election Day

and provide a valid Tribal ID card, Nevada

Driver’s License or Nevada Identification

Card and proof of residency.

• If you are a new registrant in Carson City

or are updating your information during this

time period, you will be issued a provisional

ballot.

05/28 - 06/14/2022 IN-PERSON SAME DAY

VOTER REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION

UPDATES

• In-person voter registration and registration

updates will be facilitated at the polling

location. A Tribal ID card, Nevada Driver’s License

or Nevada issued Identification Card,

and proof of residency is required. New

registrants will be issued a provisional ballot.

IMPORTANT: If you moved to another county

within the State of Nevada you are required to

register to vote in your new county.
