of the estate of VINCENT CHARLES JAVIS
aka VINCENT C. JAVIS aka VINCENT
JAVIS, deceased, will sell at public sale (net
to the estate) upon the terms and conditions
hereinafter mentioned, and subject to
confirmation by the above-entitled Court on the
19th day of August, 2022, at the hour of 10:00
a.m., at the First Judicial District Court, located
in Virginia City, Nevada. The property subject
to sale is as referenced below:
A home and real property located at 159
Sam Clemens Avenue, in Dayton, Nevada;
A.P.N. #003-281-09;
All that certain property situate in the County
of Storey, State of Nevada, described as
follows:
Lot 59, of MARK TWAIN ESTATES UNIT
NO. 5, according to the map thereof, filed in
the office of the County Recorder of Storey
County, Nevada on September 24, 1970, as
File No. 33747
Said sale will be made on the following
terms: Cash.
