NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that KENNETH FURLONG is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Shoemaker Family Trust, dated October 10, 1987, as restated on January 19, 2012. Settlor JOANN SHOEMAKER died on May 3, 2010. Settlor and surviving spouse, FRANKLIN DEE SHOEMAKER, died on August 19, 2013.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s) or Trust Estate(s) must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this
