to the Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) dated June 14, 2021 recorded as Document No. 134545, and as modified or
amended, if applicable, in the Office of the County Recorder of STOREY County, Nevada executed by Delta Saloon, Inc, a
Nevada corporation as to Parcels 1 through 8 and Virginia City Gaming, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company as to Parcel 9
in favor of Donald J. Bergfeld, a married man as his sole and separate property as to an undivided 20.0% interest and Douglas
J Crusey, a single man as to an undivided 20.0% interest and LTV Fund, LLC, an Oregon Limited Liability Company as to an
undivided 10.0% interest and LTV Private Equity Fund, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company as to an undivided 30.0%
interest and Bruce W. Herren, Trustee of The Bruce W. Herren Trust dated May 1,2003 as to an undivided 20.0% interest all
as tenants in common as current beneficiary by reason of now continuing default in the payment or performance of obligations
secured by said Deed of Trust, including the Notice of Breach and Election to Sell Under Deed of Trust which was recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of STOREY County, Nevada, by the beneficiary and the undersigned more than three
months prior to the date thereof, WILL CAUSE TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER FOR CASH
(payable at the time of sale in lawful money of the United States of America) at the front entrance to Storey County Courthouse,
