NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Ayako K. Britt, has filed a Petition for Adminis- tration, for Full Authority to Administer Estate Pursuant to Independent Administration of Estates Act, for Appointment of Administrator of Estate and for Issuance of Letters of Admin- istration and has set the matter for hearing on Monday January 10, 2023, at 8:300 a.m., in
the Probate Division of the Second Judicial District Court. This hearing will be conducted
in Department II of the above court located at 885 E. Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in con- nection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have con- sented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed.
