INVITATION TO BID

Re: Bid Proposal for One (1) New Diesel Roll

Off Truck

The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe (FPST)

will be accepting sealed bid proposals for the

above referenced “One (1) New Diesel Roll Off

Truck”. Sealed bids must be received, no later

than March 16, 2022, at 3 p.m., at the

FPST Environmental Protection Department.

Bids received after this date and time will not

be accepted and will be returned unopened to

the sender.

The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe seeks to

purchase one (1) new diesel roll off truck to

replace one 2000 International F4900 roll off

truck. Key specifications for the new roll off

truck include: cruise control, power windows

and locks, A/C, toolbox for bar and straps,

400+ HP engine, automatic transmission,

40,000 lb. rear axles (tandem rear axles),

18,000 lb. front axle, inside and outside dump

controls, container cover/tarp, cable and

ring loading/unloading system. Must have

anchor/strap points for 15 cu yd. rectangular

dumpsters. Rails specs: 23’6” length, 4” thick

rails, inner width 26” between rails, outer

width 33” to outside of rails. Able to transport

40 cu yd. dumpsters (23 ft. long) and 15 cu

yd. dumpsters (15 ft. long). The 15 cu yd.

container will need to be able to be anchored

over the rear wheels with rear straps. Must

have large removable steel hooks along

the top of the rails for the cable to pull the

container into. The new diesel roll off truck bid

must include the delivery cost.

All bids received by the deadline date and

time shall be opened publicly at the FPST

Environmental Protection Department, located

at 1011 Rio Vista Drive Fallon, Nevada 89406.

All bids must be accurate and cost reasonable.

The FPST will review all bids and select the

lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Any and all bids may be rejected, if there is a

sound documented reason. The Fallon Paiute-

Shoshone Tribe is tax exempt tribal nation.

Upon selection of the winning bidder, the FBC

will send a Bid Award Notice to the selected
