WHEREAS, CARSON PARK CONDOMINIUM
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (“Association”) is granted under the
Condominium Declaration of Carson Park a Condominium Project,
originally recorded on 13 November 1989, as Document No. 92280 in
the Official Records of Carson City, State of Nevada, and a lien in its
favor with the power of sale, to secure payment to the Association of
any and all assessments made; and,
WHEREAS, the Association did cause a Notice of Default
and Election to Sell, with respect to such delinquent assessments, to
be recorded on, October 18, 2021, as Document No. 526077, in the
official records of Carson City, Nevada; and, as hereinafter indicated,
the default has not been cured and the Association has determined
to proceed to sell the land and premises hereinafter described. The
amount necessary to satisfy the lien as of the date of the proposed sale
is $5,887.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the terms under
the authority of said Declaration of Time Share Covenants, Conditions,
and Restrictions, the Association does hereby give notice that at 10:00
a.m. on March 24, 2022, at the entrance to the Carson City County
Courthouse, located at 885 E. Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada
89701, the Association will sell at public auction to the highest bidder
for cash, in lawful money of the United States of America, all that
certain lot, piece, or parcel of land situate in the County of Carson City,
State of Nevada, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
Unit 126, of CARSON PARK, a Condominium Subdivision,
according to the map thereof, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of Carson City, State of Nevada, on May 9, 1979, Book 3 of Maps,
Page 740, as Document No. 87810.
TOGETHER with the following appurtenant easements:
The exclusive right to use the Balcony or Patio shown on
said Condominium Plan adjacent to the aforementioned Unit.
PARCEL TWO:
An undivided 1/156th interest in the common area as said
common area is shown on the map of said condominium project.
PARCEL THREE:
An appurtenant easement for the exclusive right to use for
vehicle parking purposes the Parking Spaces No. 126-O and 126-C,
as shown on Exhibit “B” of the Condominium Declaration of Carson
Park, a Condominium Subdivision, recorded July 16, 1979, in Book
257, Page 501, as Document No. 89376, Carson City, Official Records.

Said sale will be made, without covenant or warranty,
express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances, to
pay the outstanding assessments, charges, fees, and expenses of the
Association created by said default.
