Creative Solutions Partners Inc., a family-owned company, recently acquired and took over operations of established business venture Alltizer Inc., a powder coating company based in Mound House.

The acquisition included the purchase of the company headquarters at 28 and 30 Industrial Parkway in Mound House, east of Carson City, in a deal valued at $913,000, according to a Dec. 20 press release from the Nevada State Development Corporation.

NSDC assisted with the finance package, via an SBA 504 loan, in conjunction with Plumas Bank.

The company’s owners, George A. Parachou and Steffi Parachou and George’s son, Thomas A. Parachou, will vest the assets of Alltizer under the Creative Solutions Partners name and continue running operations under the established brand name.

“Our goal was to find a suitable business that fits the skillsets of our owners and officers, and we are pleased to say we have accomplished that with this purchase,” Steffi Parachou said in a statement. “This is an excellent site with several key customers already in place, so we couldn’t ask for anything more.”

The business offers powder coating and sand blasting on projects such as handrails, fencing, gates, bed frames, wheels/rims, motorcycle parts, ATV and UTV parts, bicycle parts and frames, car parts and frames, patio sets and marine accessories.

Key customers include CP Performance, Artistic Fence, Florence Fence, Haws Corporation, Battle Born Harley-Davidson, Denver Choppers, Joystick Wakeboarding, Wisdom Audio and San Franciscan Roasters.

“We are elated for the team at Creative Solutions Partners, and we believe this property will be an ideal fit for their needs,” Sandy Gordon, vice president/business development officer with NSDC, said in a statement. “Owning their real estate as well as their operations bodes well for the firm moving forward.”
