NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
RANDAL S. KUCKENMEISTER, Manager
of KUCKENMEISTER, LLC, dba KBCA, LLC
is the currently acting Trustee of THE DON
CHURCHILL LIVING TRUST, established on
August 19, 2019, by DONALD CHURCHILL,
as Grantor and original Trustee. DONALD
CHURCHILL died on July 5, 2022. A creditor
having a claim against the trust estate on
behalf of DONALD CHURCHILL, must submit
his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf
of the currently acting Trustee within ninety
(90) days after first publication of this Notice.
