NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Richard Gunderson, II and Bryan Snyder, the Co- Administrators of the Estate of Richard Henry Gunderson, will sell at public sale, after the first date of publication, all right, title and interest of said Estate in and to the real property commonly known as 2063 Lonnie Lane, Dayton, Nevada 89403 (APN 029-392-07). The sale of this property will be AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE.
Bids or offers are invited for said property and must be in writing and will be received at any time after first publication of this notice and before court confirmation of said sale. Any buyer is hereby advised that at the confirmation hearing, the Court must entertain bids from other individuals whether or not the original buyer is present.
