APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 91541
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of February 2022 Bench Creek Ranch Co., LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.017 c.f.s. and 11.94 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Point Well) at a point located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 Section 19, T19N, R32E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SE corner of Section 24, T19N, R31E, MDB&M bears S 73 degrees 09 minutes 41 seconds W, a distance of 2,298.1 feet (approx. 18 miles East of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
