APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 91542
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of February 2022 Bench Creek Ranch Co., LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.017 c.f.s. and 11.94 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (New Diamond Well) at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 Section 17, T18N, R32E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of Section 19, T18N, R32E, MDB&M bears S 42 degrees 40 minutes 42 seconds W, a distance of 10,614.9 feet (approx. 19 miles E-SE of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
