APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 91543
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of February 2022 Bench Creek Ranch Co., LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.017 c.f.s. and 11.94 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from Horse Creek at a point located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 Section 11, T19N, R35E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SE corner of Section 12, T19N, R35E, MDB&M bears S 64 degrees 43 minutes 26 seconds E, a distance of 11,449.6 feet (approx. 16 miles NW of Eastgate, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
