Fallon sophomore Kanigh Snyder was the only underclassman to make the All-North team after leading the team in rebounding.
The Greenwave basketball teams each landed a pair on the All-North teams as voted by the coaches from both the 3A West and 3A East.
After a fourth-place finish in the 3A East, the Greenwave boys team saw sophomore Kanigh Snyder make the Second Team as he was the only underclassman to be recognized on the All-North team. Fallon senior Cassie Edgmon was the team’s best scorer and made the All-North Second Team.
Austin led the team in scoring at 12.3 points per game followed closely by Snyder, who averaged 12.2. Snyder was the team’s best rebounder with 7.5 boards per game.
Elko, which won its first state title since 1981, had five players named to the All-North team, including senior Michael Klekas, who was named the MVP. His father, Chris Klekas, was named Coach of the Year for both the All-North and All-State teams.

Fallon senior Tyler Austin led the team in scoring as he was named an All-North Honorable Mention.
Fallon senior Cassie Edgmon was named to the All-North Second Team while sophomore Zoey Jarrett was named an Honorable Mention. Edgmon led the team in points per game (9.7) as the Lady Wave finished one spot away from advancing to the postseason. Jarrett tied for the team lead in assists per game (1.4) and averaged 3.9 points per game to go with 3.7 rebounds.

Fallon sophomore Zoey Jarrett was an All-North Honorable Mention.
Lowry sophomore Savannah Stoker led three Buckaroos on the First Team after guiding the team to a state championship over Spring Creek last month. Jesse Zamudio was named Coach of the Year for both the All-North and All-State teams.
