OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,
AUBREY ROWLATT, the duly appointed
executor of the Estate of KIRBY NISH, having
filed in this Court a Petition for Approval,
Confirmation, and Ratification of Sale of Real
Property containing therein prayers for an
Order authorizing the following:
1) Authorization to sell the estate’s interest
in that certain parcel of real property located
at 2250 Dori Way, Carson City, Nevada, and
more particularly described as follows:
Southwest of the Northeast of Section
9, Township 15 North, Range 20 East,
M.D.B&M, County of Ormsby, State of
Nevada, and bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at a point in the Southwest
of Northeast of Section 9, Township 15
North, Range 20 East, M.D.B&M. from
which said point the section corner common
to Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10, Township 15
North, Range 20 East, M.D.B&M. bears
North 55 59’47” East, 2,388.21 feet, and the
quarter-section corner common to said
Sections 4 and 9 bears North 26 13’25”
West, a distance of 1481.21 feet; thence
South 0 01’25” West, a distance of 568 feet
to the True Point of beginning. Thence South
0 01’25” West, a distance of 50 feet; thence
South 89 58’35” East, a distance of 307.50
feet; thence North 0 01’25” East, a distance
of 50 feet; thence North 89 58’35” West, a
distance of 307.50 feet to the point of
beginning.

2) Confirmation of sale of the foregoing
described real property, together with the
14x66 1981 Lancer Villager manufactured
home, Serial No. A26903, to Shonna J.
Ingram Trust, at a sale price of $165,000.00,
in accordance with the parties’ Agreement
on file within the Court. The proposed sale
of real property must be confirmed by this
Court before escrow may close and title may
pass to Buyer. Any persons desiring to bid on
the fee interest of the estate in the property
are notified to appear at the time and place
listed below and bid an amount that exceeds
the stated purchase price of $165,000.00 by
at least $5,000.00 or more pursuant to NRS
148.270. A hearing on the Petition has been
fixed by the Court for April 12, 2022, at 8:30
a.m. in Department II, at the Courthouse
located at 885 East Musser Street, Carson
City, Nevada, and all interested parties are
referred to the Petition for further particulars
and are further notified to appear at the time
and place and show cause, if any they have,
why said Petition should not be granted.
