Total Combined Tax Rate City of Fallon 3.6600

Total Combined Tax Rate Churchill County 2.8629

The State of Nevada Constitution limits the property tax rate at 5.00 per $100 of assessed value. The current statutory tax rate

is 3.66 per $100 assessed value as determined by NRS 361.225. Assessed value is 35% of the total appraised value conducted

by the Assessor. Appraised value equals full cash value for land and buildings at replacement cost, less depreciation. Taxes are

calculated by multiplying the assessed value by the tax rate for your district. NRS 361.4722 and NRS 361.4723 provide property

tax caps and abatements. The tax rates will be used to calculate your liability; however, your tax bill will reflect all applicable

abatements.
