Boot Barn is the newest tenant in the former Raley’s building at 2105 W. Williams Ave, suite B. Founded in 1978, Boot Barn has more than 5,000 employees working in 200 stores across 29 states.

According to its website, Boot Barn showcases the America heritage with the promotion of mostly American lifestyle brands. Boot Barn features a wide variety of boots, denim, hats, shirts, belts, dresses and jewelry.

A ribbon cutting was held Friday with members from the community to include the Fallon Chamber of Commerce and its ambassadors, and the Churchill Entrepreneurial Development Association. Behind the red ribbon for Boot Barn are, from left, Stacia Bivens, Bernie Peru, Manager Zee Halva, Assistant Manager Kayla Carper, Kristen DeSousa, Grace Ansotegui and Angel Arteaga.

Bob Erickson, the city of Fallon’s chief of staff, represented Mayor Ken Tedford and met with Manager Zee Halva in front of a display of cowboy boots.
