Notice is hereby given that Michael J. Nelson is currently acting trustee of the Nelson Family Trust Dated May 27, 2011. Notice is further given that James L. Nelson, surviving settlor of the Nelson Family Trust Dated May 27, 2011, died on February 9, 2022. Any creditor having a claim against the trust estate and/or settlors Linda J. Nelson and/or James L. Nelson must file a claim with Trustee Michael J. Nelson, Attn. Patricia Halstead, Halstead Law Offices, at 615 S. Arlington Avenue, Reno, NV 89509, within ninety (90) days of the date of a mailed notice to creditors or the first publication of this notice to creditors, as the case may be.
