Effective Wednesday, June 1, the Employment Security Division is reducing the hours of the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance call center. The new hours will be from 8 a.m. until noon, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The PUA call center number is 800-603-9681. Federal PUA benefits expired last September.
