So, what does an ex-Broadway performer do when he buys a farm but can't pay his mortgage? He brings in his Broadway buddies to put on shows at his farmhouse.
Irving Berlin's “Holiday Inn” is packed with performances to celebrate each holiday. Romance, dance routines, plenty of comedy, and a live, professional orchestra animate this classic, including “Heat Wave,” “Blue Skies,” “Cheek to Cheek,” “It’s a Lovely Day Today,” “Easter Parade,” and “White Christmas.”
There are seven performances remaining of this musical through Nov. 20 at the Carson City Community Center.
Show times are 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and 2 p.m. on Sundays. There is a 2 p.m. matinee show scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 19.
Tickets for the weekend shows are $25 and $28 and available at WNMTC.com.
