Thursday afternoon, Douglas High boys soccer was at home in a Class 3A league tilt with Truckee.
The Wolverines tallied the only goal of the contest within the first four minutes of play.
Throughout the first half and late in the second half, the Tigers had numerous scoring chances the Wolverines were able to turn away.
In the 48th minute, Elliot Meza nearly scored on a Tiger corner kick. Five minutes later, Meza had another corner kick that he played long, but Douglas couldn’t finish.
The 62nd minute was arguably the Tigers best scoring chance.

Douglas had a couple of free kicks late in the game.
