NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that real property belonging to the Estate of WILLIAM KELLER, Deceased, will sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, and subject to confirmation by the above-entitled Court, at 10:30 a.m. on November 14, 2022 or thereafter within the time frame allowed by law, all rights, title, and interest of said real property located at 3 Jeanette Dr., Mound House, NV 89706, APN 019-061-08, and is further described as: SUBDIVISION SIERRA VIEW ESTATES, BLOCK 1 LOT 2.
Bids and offers must be submitted in writing ahead of time to the offices of Origins Legal Group, LLC, located at 9930 W. Flamingo Rd., Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89147.
