NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ERIKA

ROBERSON as Petitioner, of the Estate of

RONALD ROBERSON, deceased, has filed a

Petition for Letters of Administration with Full

Authority Under the Independent Administration

of Estates Act, and for Summary Administration,

and has set the matter for Hearing

on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., in

the Department 1 of the First Judicial District

Court in and for the County of Carson City

located at the Carson City Courthouse located

at 885 E. Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada

89701. Appearances will be in person.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the

Petitioner is requesting authority to set aside

the estate under the Independent Administrations

of Estates Act. This will avoid the need

to obtain court approval for actions taken

in connection with the administration of the

Estate. However, before taking such actions,

the Petitioner will be required to notice to

interested persons unless those persons

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN The

matter will be approved without further hearing

unless an objection is filed. Further details

concerning this Petition can be obtained by

reviewing the Court file available at the Carson

City Court Clerk’s Office or by contacting the

Petitioners’ attorney at 775-825-2700.
