After initially resigning from the position, Brittany Witter has been re-hired as the Carson High varsity volleyball coach for the fall.

“Carson High is pleased to announce the hiring of Brittany Witter to be the head volleyball coach again,” said Carson High athletic director Blair Roman. “We are thrilled that she wanted to come back and take the program back. She has done a tremendous job and we are looking forward to a continued positive direction for the volleyball program.”

Witter initially resigned to spend more time with her young family, but is now back in charge of the Senators.

In her two years at the helm, Witter helped Carson go from 3-14 to 18-11.

The 15-win increase earned Witter the 5A North’s Coach of the Year honors.
