Notice is hereby given that Susan O’Neal and Charles Cobb have been appointed and qualified as the Successor Co-Trustees and Co-Personal Representatives of The Marlena Evens Living Trust, dated August 6, 2021. The settlor, Marlena Evens, of that trust died on or around March 10th, 2023. All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file the claims with Steven P. Handelin, Esq. of Handelin Law, LTD, P.O. Box 4568, Carson City, NV 89702, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
