surviving grantor and the currently acting Trustee of THE LARY FAMILY TRUST, also 

known as THE LARY FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 28, 2001. That WELDON J. LARY, also known as WELDON JAMES LARY was one of the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. WELDON J. LARY, also known as WELDON JAMES LARY died on December 23, 2022. A creditor having a 

claim against the trust estate on behalf of WELDON J. LARY, also known as WELDON JAMES LARY must submit his or her claim to 

the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting 

Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
